Introduction

In this last assignment with the Intercultural Administration class, Let me study the Novartis Firm. This company is operating at an international level in the pharmaceutical drug industry. Its headquarter is located in Basel in Swiss. Because I am coming from the east of France (at the Swiss boarder), and simply next to Basel, I realize two individuals that are at the moment working for the Novartis Group. Moreover, I might appreciate to get my personal first task within the Novartis Company. The first person I realize is currently employed in the monetary department in the Basel-headquarter. The other person is medical rep for the group (he is going to doctors in order to present all of them the Novartis products) in France. In this paper, I will study the cross-cultural management within the Novartis Company. The exercise subject matter requires the answers of ten inquiries.
